Relocation Services
- Ascertain the eligibility of the client for the program on the basis of information provided by the client with the assessment form the help of an authorized Consultant/ Lawyer/ Individual/ Company identified by GSBC, which is legally authorized to represent clients in front of authorities of respective country and/or Province/State authorities
- Assist the client in preparation of their case in consultation with its associates
- Review and identify for submission required documents and supporting evidences in consultation with its associates
- Prepare application with required supporting documents on behalf of the client, for onward submission to the concerned authorities of the respective country and/or Province/State authorities with the help of an authorized Consultant/ Lawyer/ Individual/ Company legally authorized to represent clients in front of authorities of respective country and/or Province/State authorities, identified by GSBC.
- Submit the complete case with supporting documentation and evidence along with the submission report to concerned authorities of the respective country and/or Province/State Authorities on the receipt of all requisite documents from the client and in accordance with the provisions of the Program under which the client applies with the assistance of its associates at various locations of the Company
- Handle all correspondence with the concerned authorities of the respective country and/or Province/State authorities pertaining to client's case
- Intimate the requirements sent by concerned authorities of the respective country and/or Province/State authorities to clients during the progress of the case
- Assist the client in keeping the file up to date
- Assist the client in preparing for the interview to be conducted by the concerned authorities of respective country and/or Province/State authorities
- Advise the client about any subsequent changes in the laws and any subsequent conditions applicable to meet the selection criteria in consultation with its associates
- Provide complete customer care services to the clients till finalization of their case
- Disseminate information, knowledge, guidance and tools provided by GSBC with respect to the pre-landing services to the clients mentioned above
For different Business Class categories of various countries and/or Provinces/ States:
- If required, identify an authorized Consultant/ Lawyer/ Individual/ Company legally authorized to represent clients in front of authorities of respective country and/or Province/State authorities and to finalize a tie up with such consultant/ Lawyer/ Individual/ Company to represent the cases of the clients.
- Preparation of preliminary and detailed business establishment plan to be submitted to the authorities of the respective country and/or Province/State Authorities.
- Liaison with the authorities of the respective country and/or Province/State Authorities for issuance of invitation letter for exploratory visit & interview, if required.
- Advise the client about social, economic, business & farming environment in respective country and/or Province/State.
- During the exploratory visit, guide the Client on scheduling meetings with business persons, industrialists, farmers in order that the client gains knowledge for deciding the type of business/ farm and place where it is to be established in the respective Country and/or Province/State in the respective Country.
- On the basis of information given by client, advise the client about the type of business/ farm to be established in the respective country and/or Province/State, in accordance with the provisions of the Program under which the client applies.
- Select an authorized financial institution /Facilitators /Company/ Law Firm which would assist in making the investment as per the requirements of the respective country and/or Province/State.
- If required, select a suitable facilitator, who will help in establishing business/ farm in accordance with the program of the respective country and/or Province/State
- Assist the clients to establish business/farm considering all the aspects required as per the requirement of the program of the respective country and/or Province/State.
- Assist the client to transfer required amount towards the investment to escrow account/ other account, in accordance with the requirements of the authorities of the respective country and/or Province/State authorities.
